Most men describe the discomfort as a ‘slight squeeze’ or ‘fullness’ in their testicles. A very small percentage of men (approximately 0.001% or one in 1000) experience ongoing discomfort that can last up to one year. Dr Sheehan uses an open-ended technique to minimise this risk.
